Staff were/are pleasant and talked me through procedure.
Waiting room, chatting between patients can be a little disconnecting hearing of their pros and cons of experiences.

The nurse Krystna head (HCA). She was amazing - I would not have asked for a better nurse to took after me.
Staff were talking and laughing so loud not realizing patients are sleeping or not well apart from that they were fine.
